Residence at Miyapur, Hyderabad

The residence would be constructed using 6" porotherm brick for the external walls. Porotherm bricks with insulation properties offer cooler temperature indoors. We intend to avoid plastering and painting the exteriors. Exposed concrete with filler slab are other techniques which are being explored here for this project.
Farmhouse at Vikarabad

This farmhouse is part of sustainable eco community-Ikigai located in Vikarabad. The idea is that the farmhouse would be connected to the ground and come up. The extended arms like structure brings forth the idea into existence. The structure is being constructed using porotherm bricks.

The client approached us with an idea of using porotherm bricks for construction of the residence. With this idea, we designed the space and one of the main force behind the thought process was to stand out in a rather dull context.

The typical building requirements needed a unique facade which can stand out in the surrounding context and attract the tenants

Apartment building with 3BHK at each floor.
Porotherm bricks at the west facing facade helps to reduce the harsh sun of the city. The south side of the project has an existing building which helps in controlling the harsh sun rays.

Existing Home with 2BHK at the Ground Floor and addition of 2BHK at the First Floor
This is one of the earliest projects of ours. The existing building had 1 floor. The client approached us to add 1 more floor with the facade facelift. We suggested the client to use locally (Nuzuvid) produced exposed wirecut brickwork as the idea was to stand out in the surrounding context.

Independent House with 3 Bedrooms, Home Theatre and a Library
The client approached us with an idea of using Porotherm bricks for the facade. We then built the concept around the shape of the brick-to use simple straight lines throughout the project.

The condition of the client was to construct using low cost construction techniques. The initial ideas was to construct only the ground floor residence with a fixed budget of 5 lakh rupees and the target was achievable. But the aspirations of the client grew and another floor was added.
The final output is a residence which evolved with on site experiments and decisions which helped in reducing the cost of doors and windows, use of exposed bricks, vault roof and quick and effective decisions were responsible for achieving 15 lakh rupees.
Divisional Railway Manager Office (DRM), Vijayawada, A.P

Indian Railways DRM Office Building
The office is located just opposite to Vijayawada Railway Station. The design has been inspired by the facade of Vijayawada Railway Station. The idea was to relate this building with Vijayawada Railway Station with the facade.
