Description:

This residence embodies the spirit of collaborative design and resourceful construction. Initially conceived as a single-story dwelling with a budget of 5 lakh rupees, the project evolved through open communication with the client.As the client's aspirations grew, the design team creatively adapted, incorporating a second floor while staying mindful of budgetary constraints. The final design reflects an emphasis on cost-effective solutions. On-site experimentation and quick decision-making led to the strategic use of exposed brick, a potentially cost-saving vault roof, and optimized door and window placements. Through this collaborative approach, the project successfully delivered a two-story residence within a revised budget of 15 lakh rupees, showcasing the power of innovative thinking and client engagement in achieving architectural excellence.
