This project highlights our firm's commitment to adaptive reuse and contextual sensitivity. The existing single-story structure presented an opportunity for thoughtful expansion. In collaboration with the client, we envisioned a two-story addition that would not only increase functionality but also revitalize the building's presence within the Nuzuvid landscape. The design emphasizes the use of locally-sourced exposed wirecut brickwork for the facade. This selection not only offered a sustainable and cost-effective solution, but also served an aesthetic purpose. The distinctive texture and warmth of the brick create a visually striking exterior that stands out from the surrounding context, breathing new life into this local landmark.
